Characteristics: Use pilot valve to operate, the coil has a low power consumption, small valve, the minimum starting pressure is 2bar. The coil is moistureproof, and the long-term power is allowed. Stainless steel valve core with engineering plastics makes good seal and great stain and rust resistance, and doesn't stop and leak. With manual button and lock spindle. Profile: There is a control cavity at each side of valve body, every chamber has a Φ2 pilot hole connecting with air source pressure port (interface"1"). Controlled by the pilot valve, the air from air source get into the control cavity. When the coil of one side is powered, the magnetic force opens the pilot valve, and the air gets into the control cavity at this side, pushes piston drives the valve core, and changes the working state. There are two types of valve, monostable and bistable. The monostable valve coil will keep the state of the solenoid valve maintain only when it is long-term powered. Whenever the power is cut off, the valve will reset under the action of the spring. When the bistable valve coil get powered, the state will change. After that, even if the coil power is cut off, the state will maintain until the other side coil is powered.
