FEA20 split-type electromagnetic flow meter

Profile: Electromagnetic flow meter is designed according to Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction, it installs a pair of detecting electrodes on the tube wall, where measuring tube axis and magnetic line of force are vertical. When the conductive liquid flows through the alternating magnetic field along the measuring tube (magnetic line of force and the direction of liquid flowing are vertical), the conductive liquid cuts the magnetic line of force, and produces induction electromotive force. Through the two detecting electrodes on the measuring tube, we can detect the induction electromotive force, and work out the rate of flow by the formula below, finally it transforms
the induction electromotive force into 4-20mA and exports it.

The measuring part and transforming part of FEA21 split electromagnetic flow meter are connected together by
cables to realize the function of on-line measurement, split transmission and display, convenience in operation.
The working pressure is great and caliber range is wide, the flowmete can suit different medium measurement
by choosing electrode and lining material. But pay attention that the split flowmeter attach a smart converter,
please consult the electric connection diagram when wiring.
FEA21 split electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure many kinds of conductive liquid. When selecting, the
conductivity of the measuring media should be bigger than 5μs/cm(the conductivity of tap water is about
100-150μs/cm). The instrument is connected by flange.
